This patch allows psi-jingle to compile on my system.  Three simple changes that should be self explanatory.

Moreover, after running Configure, one must modify:
/home/matt/src/psi/psi-jingle/third-party/libjingle/talk/Makefile
to remove examples from SUBDIRS on or around line 108 as the examples won't build correctly.
