The files here are in most cases owned and copyrighted by me, unless otherwise stated.

They are not public domain.  In most cases, they are released under the GPL, or optionally
under the license of the original program they are a patch to.  If you require a more
concrete definition of how they are licensed for use, please send me an electronic mail

Note that data files (not source code) are not licensed unless specified.
