	Fixed some cosmetic issues.
	[WTALK/IRC] Unknown CTCP requests are now shown in client
	[WTALK/TOC] Fixed logging issue, where automated messages were
		not being logged to the correct file. 
	TODO: Add comments.  Some of the problems are from 'misleading'
		interface names.  'TO' is a suggestion on where to display
		a message [auto message] in many situations, not the message
		recipient.

		Encryption now works on the two major protocols [TOC/IRC]
		Any other protocol that supports sub-channel messages
	Introduced "dmc mpart" 
		to split messages across multiple lower-level messages
	[WTALK/TOC] Added primitive user-list support.
