Nietzsche

Nietzsche's new stats can be found at his page. Here's what's changed:

• Had 768 MB PC133 SDRAM (256 MB borrowed from Berkely) -- now 512 MB.
• CDRW was a Plextor 12x10x32, now a 16x10x40
• New Leadtek Geforce2 Ultra replaces the old Geforce2 Pro (i'm curious as to the perfromance diff...)

For those who want to know how much better it is [than your machine ;)] now, here are some before/after benchmarks (sorry, selection was limited :-P)

Psyche

Psyche got her new keyboard, and is working beautifully :-D

She's now getting a new install of Win2k, and a copy of SuSE put on her. She also is getting a nice wirless LAN set up for her.

My Life

I got a job working at Siemens Corporate Research, fyi. In little more than a week, I will be leaving for Spain with my sister and mother.

My hockey team tied last night, in typical Devils fasion :-P. We went out to a two goal lead and stopped playing halfway through the second. . .
