I've seen article after article, and even read a few, about this Web 2.0 thing and am at a complete loss for what it is. As far as I have been able to discern, it is Google and Ebay, and anybody who uses Google.

WTF is Web 2.0? Who coined this stupid, uninformative name?

From someone who wanted to remain anonymous:

Web 2.0 is about making publishing available to the common folks. It's about sacrificing power for ease of use--for instance blog packages which provide easy, structured publishing ability opposed to writing raw HTML.
