Floor should not have had dents during inspection and should have been repaired.
Floor appears to have been damaged when oven was replaced under previous punch-list item. The floor surface including dents should be repaired. This is primarily near the stairs in the foyer and between the stove and the dishwasher.

Ledge (along with the rest of the unit) was clearly not "broom cleaned" as it should have been. Debris should be removed.
Ceiling fixture (fan/light); was told this would be installed by 05-19. Applicable switches should also be connected if not already done so.

Speaker was damaged due to improper installation. Each speaker should be installed properly, undamaged, and with a dedicated line--in good condition--dropped into the living room. (When an audio system is connected, each channel functions as would be expected from properly designed and installed audio system.)
Grille was damaged due to improper speaker installation.
Light was removed because of code, but holes have not yet been patched.

Wall across from upstairs room's door needs to be patched; downstairs (foyer/kitchen/nook) and upstairs need to be repainted and patched. Ceiling needs to be touched-up at edges in a way that blends in with existing paint job, or repainted in its entirety with special attention to edges and corners which were previously done poorly.

Window frames do not all align properly, making some impossible to latch. Frame of left foyer window is cracked. Screens should be properly installed and correctly aligned in runners.

Walls, upstairs floor, and attached cabinets vibrate mechanically for extended periods of time off-and-on. Most likely caused by sub-optimal mounting of mechanical devices on roof.
Left handle does not securely attach and is easily pulled-off with normal use. Handle system should be fixed or replaced such that the handle correctly and securely engages in the designed manner.
Valves and pipes should be labeled. Any design deficiencies should be corrected.
Switches should be descriptively labeled in distribution board.
